Very bad costumer service!! Payed the cobra already beginning of February dental, vision health, went to the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions and my health insurance still not active should be beginning of February already!!!!

Called discovery benefits the 20 th February and they said they will sent out a urgent request, why I have to call????? I did the payment already Start of February, and still it is not active!!!!!

Be aware from this , I would never ever do it again with them!!!!! Very bad costumer service!!!!!!

Same thing is happening to me. So frustrating!!

I have paid 2 months of premiums and still no coverage! They keep telling me they will put in an urgent request but it can take 3-5 business days??!!!

Pure *** Cobra customer service reps are Lazy do not do anything but to tell you call someone else
