My benefits card has been declined for use for almost a year due to what Discovery Benefits states is because they need a copy of my EOB from my dentist. I have sent it to them 3 times, YES 3 times.
twice to the North Dakota address and once to the fax number they provided. Continued calls and online chats with them and they are just rude, disrespectful and demeaning.
They think they can hold my money until the FSA period expires then keep money as if I forfeited it.
ABSOLUTELY wrong, filing a complaint with the IRS, and the State of California. Let me say this again, I have been dealing with this for one receipt for almost a year, dentist services were performed early 2017.
