Discovery HSA is the worst ever...was on hold for 45 minutes...Finally hung-up!

My card with MY MONEY is ALWAYS ob hold for some *** reason.

I hate this company! My next complaint will be with my employer's benefits administrator about Discovery...

It sounds like you DON'T have an HSA. You should probably learn the type of medical expense account you have before you have a *** fit on the internet and whine like a baby.

Why do I say this? If your card is on hold, you likely have a claim that needs substantiation documentation. If you have a claim that requires substantiation, and you don't submit that documentation within a certain timeframe, your card will go on hold. That's an IRS regulation.

That's a federal regulation. So you go on and complain to your employer and look like an ***.

Because no matter who administers your benefits, this will be a requirement.
