Discovery Benefits - Ripoff & unhelpful

Called on several occasions. Staff was unhelpful and not willing to help explain the problem or find resolution. They said I needed receipts, once submitted, they said there is no documentation I can provide to fix my problem and I will need to reimburse them or they will get it payroll deduct through my employer
