Discovery Benefits offers horrid customer service. Their phone prompts disconnect you, the wait times are unacceptable, using the web chat was my only feasible option after holding for 25 minutes hoping to speak to a live person, and when I requested to have a manager call me he was flippant and rude.

Because of their error concerning my COBRA, I now find myself without health insurance and inelligible for Marketplace coverage until January of 2019.

When I then reported them to the BBB, they denied everything. They even told the BBB that the wait time on the day I called was averaging 10 to 13 minutes, whuch was completely untrue.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Horrible service called and waited 1hr or more each time I called.Chat service is terrible too, they can't solve anything. What is the reason for the toll free number if they never answer it. Hope they get shut down!
